- remove, obscure or modify in any way any copyright notices, other notices or disclaimers as they appear in the Subscribed Product;
- reproduce, distribute, transfer, sell, rent, lease or lend the Subscribed Product; or
- bypass, modify, defeat or circumvent security measures that protect the Subscribed Product.

1.4 Intellectual Property Ownership
The Subscriber acknowledges that all right, title and interest in and to the Subscribed Product remain with Nursing Exam Tips and its suppliers, except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, and that the redistribution of the Subscribed Product could materially harm Nursing Exam Tips and its suppliers.
3. CONTACT FORMS
